We will remain closed for the time being, but until we see each other again stay safe and take some time to care for yourself.
Some things I have been doing to ease my stress and feel better during this intense time:
I have continued a running regimen, cooking, taking my herbs & supplements, limiting my social media (this is a difficult one) and enjoying more time with my spouse and our fur babies. And of course long baths with a mini-facial….
